Here is Hot Wheels Unlimited, I was in charge of the art production and overall art direction for this game and had that great opportunity to work with Hot Wheels and the incredibly talented team at Budge Studios to create a new installment of Hot Wheels for young audiences everywhere.
During the production of Hot Wheels Unlimited, my responsibilities included:
- Leading art team to establish healthy workflows and balanced workloads for all artists, riggers, and technical artists.
- Managing Risk management and scope planning
- Planning Technical workflow and design for game design features related to the operator
- Managing implementation into engine and data management of assets including meshes, textures, rigs, and others
- Managing bug-related fixes with QA
- Managing and guiding deliverables for Cinematics, Merchandise, Marketing, etc.
