While on Halo Infinite my responsibilities included coordinating and leading art production with an amazing and talented group of artists alongside the entire Halo team.
During production, my responsibilities included:
- Leading the Character, UI, and Environment art teams to establish healthy workflows and balanced workloads for all artists.
- Reviewing and establishing consistent art direction across multiple disciplines
- Managing Risk management and scope planning for artists
- Working with 343 to establish a stronger working relationship between co-dev studios
- Provide new initiatives for our artists to help create a healthy work and learning culture
- Providing career and skill growth for the art department
- Communicating with leads and other directors to provide resources for artists
