Sculpting time

Lately I have been inspired from killing dragons in God of War. I had time today to start this quick sculpt and do a few renders.

My overall idea was to create a dragon that wouldn't be defined by either "fire" or "Ice" instead I wanted to have a nature or forest element in the mix. I really like the idea of having this dragon who is intimidating and powerful yet always is peaceful.

An update on the Acura NSX GT3

I've have built the NSX GT3 completely from scratch (working of an CAD scan) provided by ACURA.
I have had some amazing times with this and today I finally fixed the normal projection from the scan onto our game model.

We are currently sitting at 99'760 poly count which includes exterior and interior geometry.

Everything has been a process of working in 3DS Max, Maya, and Substance Painter.







NSX GT3 project

I am currently working on hand modelling a NSX GT3 for a project at work and I finally finished up the wheels. Overall im pretty happy with how it's going but I am going to have a tough time modelling the interior body pieces.

I am slowly trying to keep consistant updates and publish more blog posts so hopefully everyone who reads this enjoy's my updates!

My day job is pretty awesome because I get to really play with everything as a generalist. We are currently creating a racing game and this is what is what i get to play this week!

I still have to finish the interior texturing but over all things are moving smoothly along!

An update on the new project

I have finished retopology and texturing and finally got a chance to throw Mr Diablo into Marmoset to see how everything looks and I am overall happy with everything.

Time to rig and pose! I also still have to finish the scene that he will be in but that will be the next couple days and I should have something to show.

I have been relaxing a bit after the Wild West Challenge and decided to indulge a bit into making something Ive been wanting to make for a long time now!

Heres a little sneak peak so far, I am currently retopoing and will be doing texturing later this weekend

Lighting in the eyes and soulstone are just from photoshop. I just need to give them more context.

Hey Everyone I finally finished up my Wild West Submission and posted it to my page so go and check it out!

I have to admit I had a great time working on this guy and the challenges that came from learning new techniques was amazing! 

Also looking at this amazing community come together and create some crazy stuff was just as gratifying!
